In short
This website sets no cookies, shows no ads and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts and images are on our own server; no data is passed to third parties when you visit.
Hosting
The website runs on a server of netcup GmbH in Germany, with whom we have a data processing agreement. When you visit, the server processes your device's IP address and the requested address for technical reasons to deliver the page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in a working website). We don't keep access logs.
Purchase
If you click a buy button, you go to Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc., USA), where Gumroad's privacy policy applies.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your message and address to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed. Our mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail); your message is processed there.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Since we store hardly any data about you, there is usually little for us to disclose. Feel free to write to us anyway: burolab.office@gmail.com.
Right to object: where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
